[Target] Checks rolling in. Bling Bling, Foldem out

Hi all,
TARGET update...

Bill Chen is out.
Peter Secor is probably out.  We need to convince him that he can
win TARGET by 4:30 and still get to the Employee's event at 5:00.

Jim Cihla will be playing.  I met him at Patrick's latest YACHT event.
He's a good guy and mentioned that he was going to Vegas for the 
$1500 event anyway.  Seemed like a good fit for TARGET.

I'm going to extend the early payment deadline to April 30th.

George, Corey and Steve, please get those checks airborne.
