These should be close enough...

Of your $200...

$30 goes to the Mirage for running the tournament.
You will get a buffet comp/line pass that I think is worth $20 or more.

$7 will go to the dealers.  
I build the dealer toke into the system for TARGET.
There is no need for winners of TARGET to tip the dealers.

$1 will go to buying first-out prizes.

About $162 will go to the prize pool.

I have to re-work the pay table.  I will send that out in a couple
of weeks along with blind structure, etc.
Should be very similar to previous TARGETs.
