[Target] Top Prizes

The top prizes are $1500 to be used in a WSOP event and/or satellites.

In the past, I've give out $500 lammers or $500 chips.
After Nolan's ordeal, my plan this year is to give the
TARGET winners a printed certificate good for a $1500 WSOP entry.

This is to avoid the Mirage giving us any tax forms.
I'll then give the winners $1500 cash somewhere else in the casino.

I hope everyone is okay with this.
My goal is to avoid tax forms and chips being confiscated.

Any prizes below $600 will be paid at the table in cash.
