[Target] Good deal? at Rio

If you're looking for a cheap hotel, you can get rooms at the Flamingo for
$38.75/night on hotels.com.  If you want something a little nicer, Bally's
is on hotels.com for $41.75/night.  They're not suites, but I'd take a
lower-priced hotel on the strip over Rio any day.
